(both are Yamaha Tenors). Thanks.** A: I'm not sure about the difference between the yrt-304B and the yrt-304BII ( might be plain double hole verses double keyed hole on the bottom hole) . I do know this - yrs = yamaha recorder soprano , yra = yamaha recorder alto , yrt = yamaha recorder tenor , and yrn = yamaha recorder soprano in the key of F ( instead of C ) . I ordered a yrt304-b and this is a tenor in the key of C with an arched wind way and double key on bottom hole .Hope this helps . **Q: is this tuned to 415 or 440?** A: This is tuned to a = 440. I have never seen a plastic recorder tuned to 415. That kind of instrument is usually made to order and is quite expensive. This Yamaha Tenor recorder is a fine instrument and is in tune from top to bottom. **Q: Does this come with a case?** A: Yes, this recorder will come with a soft vinyl case, cleaning rod, cream/joint grease and a fingering chart as well.
