Most of the links that are in the report for more information don't work. A huge disappointment for what I paid.So I spent 40 minutes on the phone with someone today that attempted to explain this report. The explanation was - We can't really tell you any thing specific. You need to ignore this since it is a false positive, or you need to pay attention to this number since it is a indicator. And I heard it is "scientific information" about 50 times. The report is so poorly written that no one outside their lab can understand it without having them go through it with you page by page. And even then, it really makes no sense.In my opinion, this was a total waste of over 500.00. I bought the test for both me and my wife so I paid a lot. Of course, no matter how dissatisfied you are with the report and the subsequent weak explanation, there are NO REFUNDS!!If I could give them negative stars I would.PS. Since the person I spoke to forgot to hang up the phone at the end of our conversation today, I got to hear the nasty comments she made when they thought I wasn't on the line any longer. ### ⭐ Mixed up content in report indicates poor quality control, no response from customer support. *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on August 23, 2016* I do not recommend this test. My wife and I did this test as a follow up to the Ancestry.com one that is also available here on Amazon. We wanted to see if the different services would return similar results, which is what would be expected. The reports generated are long and have a lot of interesting background information, and they present their results in three ways. First, a listing of the ethnic groups, in order of importance. Then they show them quantitatively in a table and chart of Relative Significance. Finally they write a short paragraph summarizing the results. In my case this all appeared somewhat in line with what came from the Ancestry.com test, but in my wife's case, the listing of ethnic groups and table of Relative Significance was predominately Asian with almost no European, but the summary was predominately European and no Asian at all. The summary was about what we expected from the Ancestry.com test, but clearly the listing of ethnic groups and table of Relative Significance came from someone else of Asian descent. I emailed the company to see if they could explain what happened, but never got a response. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good company *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 25, 2016* It was great fun to enter into the genetic genealogy field and test my autosomal DNA. The results are very helpful in discovering who my ancestors were as a people group - not just their names. The whole process from ordering, collecting a sample, and receiving results was quick and easy. The support you get after you receive your results is also helpful and they will work with you one-on-one if you so desire. Good company and would recommend them to anyone.
