It's not very ergonomic, so I find it a bit awkward to hold when using. Moreover, I find the placement of the battery housing to be peculiar. It's situated behind a sliding panel between the two heating elements. So you have to manually slide it out of the way of the sealer when in use, but it sort of slides freely and doesn't stay in a fixed position. It doesn't really impede the function of the device, so much as it seems like an odd or cheap design feature. Should have just gotten rid of the cheap magnet and put the battery housing on the back of the device. As I mentioned, the magnet is poor quality. Doesn't hold, slides easily, and seems like it's hastily glued to the back of the device. If the magnet is one of the things drawing you to this, don't get it for that. All that aside, it does what it's supposed to do. So I can't really complain or give it less than 3 stars.
