It feels sturdy in my hands.Large size cup.Easy one-handed openLoop for carrying it.Con:It says you can use any liquid, but you don't want to use a thick one. I usually use soy, cashew, or banana almond milk for my protein powders and those were all too thick. I was able to get it to vortex with 10 oz at the most, but as soon as added powder it would slow down. But once I added water to the mix it was able to work much better. Unfortunately I can't stomach my protein powders with water, sooooo..... no cute bottle for me :( I'll be going back to using my handmixer.Update: I've started adding a green superfood powder to my daily routine and this works perfectly for it.
