However, the selection of available cars to troubleshoot are limited. i.e, 2005 suburban is not listed. Therefore, I can't use it for that. I was able to use it for a 2012 jeep wrangler. So. I had some personal stuff going on so I did not make it in time to return this product. But I have a Nissan Altima and my car is not listed on this device. Infact there are not many cars listed on here. If you have a high end car like Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche, etc. Those cars are listed on the device. Stuck with this piece of crap and have no idea how to get rid of it. Everyone I know drives a cheaper model vehicle. They make you think this is the best thing next to slice bread. In registering, my vehicle (Jaguar S-Type) was not listed, but all the new body styles of Jaguar are listed. When going to the manufacturer's website to get a list of vehicles the device is compatible with, the only option was to download an RAR file from the website. I'm not inclined to find the software to enable me to open an RAR file.
