Dr. Udo Erasmus, PhD literally wrote the book on fatty acids more than 20 years ago and this is his formulation which has stood the test of time and has the exact balance your body needs. Some don't like the taste but I enjoy it - kind of buttery oil flavor as you might find in a jar of natural peanut butter.
