## Questions & Answers

**Q: What dimmer works with these to avoid humming?**
A: Go with a high end Leviton or Eaton one. I've gone through two already trying to eliminate the pulsating effect. Customer service provided replacement lights to see if their product was the issue but I haven't had time to replace them yet.

**Q: Hi will a 6" hole work or does it need to be a little oversized?**
A: The hole size must be between 6" - 6.33" for the LED to properly fit as indicated in our installation guide.

**Q: Hi, which is the cri?**
A: CRI 80 is pretty poor.
Most modern LED lights are at least 90 CRI.
Also no way only 850 lumens = 100W equivalent

**Q: Hi, can these be used outdoors on a waterproof patio?**
A: No, our slim recessed lights are damp-rated. They are not suitable for use outdoors where they risk exposure to water.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First impressions matter Sunco and I once was pleased!
*by A***N on September 6, 2020*

I have now installed these lights. I love them, however selectable 5cct should be on the junction box like the amico brand. The junction box is cheap feeling plastic and needs to be more firm. I have another brand with 4 less lights with a metal junction box that is not flimsy. For a USA brand I’m disappointed with the quality of the junction box, but then again America as a country is junk. However, these lights work as described and are bright white bluish, which I like, 6000k is the way to go. However, I can no longer recommend these lights for anybody who sees this. You will be disappointed because they flicker and go out for absolutely no reason. I hardly use the lights and they are acting up throughout out the house. I will use another brand if I have to do work at someones house. The reviews don’t lie sunco.
