Dual temp is reasonably accurate. The only observation of concern, although a minor concern, is the unit does seem to run for longer periods of time. Unlike our refrigerator which runs in shorter timeframe and then shuts off, the wine cooler seems to run for longer periods of time - although fairly quite - shuts off and then runs again. Perhaps this is to keep a more constant circulation of air for cooling. I'm over the moon with it's appearance, otherwise this would be a 2 or 3 star rating. That's because it's actually quite noisy when the compressor/fan is actively cooling-- which seems to happen every 15-20 minutes and lasts for 3 to 5 minutes! It's against an inside wall, only has 4 bottles in it, and we keep our house on the cool side, so I don't think it's being stressed and frankly don't understand why the compressor comes on so frequently. I mean, our regular fridge certainly doesn't make any noise at all, why does this one? In the video, the house is completely silent except for this unit. Although part of me hopes it's a faulty unit, I'm not actually sure it sounds loud or bad enough to indicate something is wrong. I wouldn't have gone with this model had I known the noise level and frequency, especially considering it's in our dining room right behind the living room, and we can clearly here it over the TV. I hope we'll get used to it, but we might end up returning it for a quieter unit. I will update.
