I wear 34 pants so ordered 34 as they are not overpants. I would say to maybe order one size larger. Not sure how they would be in hot weather because of the vinyl liner that can't be removed. Wore them with some shorts and my legs were pretty sweaty. Once the weather cools off here in Phoenix, I am sure the will be fine. Well it cooled down to the low 80's so I gave them a try. After 2 hours of riding I was pretty sweaty. I even wore under armor heat out type tights. Also noted that while seated the crotch was pretty tight.
