Product Description SWAD Methia Mango Pickle Recipe Recipe of methia mango pulao Ingredient 1. 1 cup Basmati Rice 2. 1 tbsp Ghee 3. ½ cup Onion (Thinly Sliced) 4. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 5. Salt to taste 6. 1 cup Chole/ Chickpeas (Soaked and boiled until soft) 7. ½ cup Cauliflower (Cut into small florets) 8. ¼ cup Potato (Peeled and Cubed) 9. 2 tbsp Masala from Mango Pickle Method. 1. Heat ghee in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste and fry for minute. 2. Add mango pickle masala, salt, chole, cauliflower and potato and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Drain the rice and add in the pan. 4. Add 2 cups of water. 5. Cover and cook on low heat until rice is done. 6. Serve hot with any raita.
