I only wear these in the house. We have that LTV flooring and unfortunately we have a lot of sand in our neighborhood and a shoe change is required. These have traction wedges on soles and will collect sand and debris in the grooves so I have to check them after I leave β€œboot room”. I preferred the smooth soles of my old ones where it was easy to wipe with the floor mat. They are very comfortable and do have good traction on our floors. I got a pair that were 11-12 and I wear 11.5 wide. Those were too small. I got a replacement pair that were 13-14 and they fit. Two things I do not understand about them were 1) why put a slight edge on the back that inevitable gets mashed down? and 2) why were the 13-14 I bought in a supermarket locally (Anchorage Alaska Fred Meyer) without the edge and wider than the same 13-14 I just got from Amazon?
