## Description

Origin: USA Ingredients: Lemongrass, Dried Herb, (Cymbopogon Citratus). Non-irradiated. Naturally grown. Weight: 4 Oz. Taste and Aroma: Pleasant, lemony. DYI soap making supplies. Culinary Uses: soups, curry, tea. When we hand harvest our lemongrass to dry, we cut the leaves 5 inches up from the root. We tie the stems into small bundles with twine or string and hang them upside down in a warm, dry, airy place out of the sun. We make small, loose bundles to allow good air circulation around each bunch. We test our lemongrass when it has finished drying. It has to crumble easily. Store your lemongrass dried herb in the dry and cool place, away from sunlight. The oil content of the dry lemongrass will remain at high-level up-to 12 month. WARNING: This is “Dried unprocessed herb”, which means an herb that is dehydrated from its fresh state and that has not been subjected to any further processing other than separating from branches, cleaning from any visible debris, and size reduction if necessary. Properly process (wash, rinse, boil, simmer etc.) if use for consumption. Please, contact us directly for any questions you might have.
