### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice clean good ingredientes pre-workout for sustained energy during your workout

A pre-workout is NOT going to make you lean, lose weight or more muscular... hard training and clean diet do. Having that said, this is a nice pre-workout, good sustained intensity and pumps with a "cleaner" formula no proprietary blends and with a nice amount of very good ingredientes (I'm not explaining each ingredient, there is a lot of information online for you to research). Definitely not as strong as C4-50x or GAT (my two favorites) but this one is definitely an option if you are looking for something new. Taste is awesome, no jitters or any weird side effects, just a clean nice rush and focus for your training. I've used only for a couple of days, will update later after some use specially on the creatine (I'm not a creatine fan). Anyway, keep in mind that each body reacts different to different ingredients but feel free to go ahead and try this one, from all the pre-workouts I've tried, this one is the less likely to make you crash or any other not that funny effects.---------------------------------UPDATED------------------------------Alright, this is officially my new favorite pre-workout. After some days using it I can tell the difference between other products. Amplify's ingredients, quality and quantity are unique and I've been doing some research and unable to find something similar. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

This preworkout is one of the BEST tasting preworkouts I've tried in a long time. From C4 to Jekyll and Hyde, and plenty others in between, I can honestly say this wins in the taste category. Not gritty, mixes great with water and just tastes like juice. I'm super particular about the tastes of preworkout so I'm impressed by this.As far as my workouts go, it doesn't make me shaky and doesn't make me feel like my heart is racing out of my body. A full scoop gives me a good pump and a great amount of energy (and I was able to PR my deadlift!) I wouldnt describe it as being "explosive" like some preworkouts, so if thats what you are looking for, this wouldnt be it. It does make me a bit itchy, which is to be expected with the niacin-I'm just sensitive to it.Overall, impressed with the product!

This pre-workout is pretty good. I'd been taking Jack3d/C4 alternating for the previous few years, and decided to give this one a shot, based on reviews (as well as it being marketed as the "scientifically designed" choice, being a scientist, I was curious).Pros: - Can really feel the b-alanine (paresthesia), which helps me know that, at the very leas, something in the mixture is working. - The fruit punch flavor masks the taste of the other chemicals in the mixture (I don't mean chemicals in a bad way, this is a supplement we're talking about. It's going to have chemicals). - Works great for lifting and cardio. I do one scoop about 15 minutes before either.Cons: - Suggested volume to mix in is a bit much for me immediately prior to workout, though I haven't noticed any ill effects from only using 4-6 ounces of water. - A bit pricey compared to the C4 I can get at CostcoOverall:Good product, does what it claims to with no bogus or unfounded claims. The formulators seem to have actually developed something worthwhile here.
