**Q: Will this allow me to batch by value?  I want to be able to put a stack of 5s, 10s, and 20s, all together in it and it'll create a batch of $2000**
A: Since this function only allows you to batch by quantity of bills, we would recommend to set the count mode to Mixed Denomination Count (CNT) and press the ADD button. Once you start the count, you will be able to see on display the Total value of the count. If the first count total value adds up to 1500$, under the ADD feature, you can add another stack of mix bills in the front loading Hopper and resume the count without resetting the result of the previous count. The ADD function works on aggregate basis but doesn't have an automated feature to stop counting when the total value reaches 2000$.

**Q: What does the count mode (cnt) do?**
A: This mode is used to derive the quantity of notes counted (PCs). It works on all notes even for currencies that are not programmed on this machi¬ne. Under this mode, the machine works as a conventional note counter (note that all the detection functions are disabled in this mode). It’s also used in case the fitness condition of the notes is poor and not well recognized (rejected) in MDC mode. You can select 3 different counting speeds 800, 1000 and 1200 notes/min. In this mode, you can switch ON ADD or BATCH or ADD+BATCH functions

**Q: Does the machine sort the bills by Face or Orientation?**
A: Yes - Press Sort button to select FACE or ORIENTATION. 

The Face feature sort notes with the same side i.e. If you put a stack of bills, the system will detect the first bill side and send all the bills with the opposite side to the reject pocket

Under Orientation, it will sort notes with the same side and orientation i.e. if you place a stack of bills, the system will the detect the first bill (FACE UP) and send all the bills with the opposite side or Face down to the reject pocket.

The media could not be loaded. There were several counter options to choose from, but this machine stood out from the rest! It has all the features and functions you could ask for, not to mention a great price! When I first opened the box, I saw some scratches on the screen but turns out it was protective film, I removed the film and was surprised by how clear the display looked! It came with a manual and I carefully read the instructions closely before putting my money through. I made sure all settings were in place and once I adjusted the hopper and tidied up the notes, the machine didn’t stop the count and never jammed and worked perfectly! After I ran it through a few times I knew it was a good choice. It works great thus far, and counting has never been this much of a breeze. So happy with my purchase! Also Great Customer Service!

I purchased this money counter back in Apr of 2022. It has worked great until just recently. I came into the office and had a large amount of cash to count and my money counter had no power. So after trying the recomendations of changing the power cord and fuse it still would not power up. So I contacted the company about help with my issue. I contacted via amazon and was so surprised at the quick response. DETECK was able to repair my counter. I did send it to them and only lost about 5 days without the machine. They not only fixed the issue but cleaned and tuned it up for a VERY minimal cost. We are so happy with this machine as it is super easy to use, has all the features we need and the best part is the amazing customer service. Thanks to David at DETECK for the great service. He even followed up to see if it was operating right even before the machine arrived back to me.
