I have been in the fitness industry for years and have taken tons of different pre-workout brands and ALIVE is bar fare the best I have ever had! I like how you don't get bloated or stomach cramps. I have also noticed when taking other pre-workouts, they put to much creatine and that kills my stomach. It can also make you go to the bathroom to much.
