## Description

desertcart.com: TIMBER RIDGE Aluminum Oversized Camping Chair, Support 400lbs | Lightweight Directors Chair Foldable with Side Table Detachable Side Pocket for Outdoor Camping, Lawn, Picnic : Sports & Outdoors

Review: Good all purpose chairs - Comfortable, wide, sturdy, attractive, light enough. Relatively easy to open and close. Handy side table. All positives!
Review: Great Chair for Baseball Games - It was what I expected. It has room and is oversized as described. It is comfortable. I do wish it had an easier way to carry it, but with the tray I am not sure how. The color, comfortableness, and padding are nice. It does seem very durable which is what I was looking for to take to the baseball games and not have to sit on the hard bleachers.

## Features

- ULTRA-LIGHTWEIGHT — ONLY 7.5 LBS: One of the lightest 400lb-capacity chairs available. Aluminum frame keeps weight down while supporting up to 400 lbs. Easy to carry with built-in dual handles. An 81-year-old customer praised how easy it is to carry.
- OVERSIZED 24" WIDE SEAT: Extra-wide seat accommodates larger individuals. Firm, supportive seat fabric does not sag like bag-style chairs — keeps you upright and makes standing up easy. For deeper, more reclined seating, see our Rocking Chair (B0CCN8V7JL).
- FLIP-UP SIDE TABLE WITH CUP HOLDER: Sturdy side table for drinks, snacks, and phone. Cup holder fits standard cans and water bottles. Phone slot for hands-free viewing. Detachable side pocket with zippered compartments.
- EASY OPEN & CLOSE: Simple fold-flat design — unfolds in seconds. Padded armrest covers. Higher seat height than standard camping chairs for easier entry/exit, especially for those with knee or hip issues.
- BUILT FOR OUTDOOR LIFE: Durable 600D polyester fabric. Aluminum frame won't rust. Rinse with fresh water after saltwater beach use. TIMBER RIDGE customer service available through desertcart for support and replacement parts.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone had this chair for more than a year to review it long term durability? Seen too many rip or resolve at stitching.**
A: One chair loaned to our daughter faded and ripped because she left it exposed outside. The other identical chair was on a covered patio, didn’t fade as much but began to rip on the seat this year. We bought them 3 years ago.

**Q: What is the size when it is folded up**
A: Dear customer，The folded size of our chairs is 33.5×20×5.5 inches.

**Q: Timber Ridge Manufacturer: Can this be left outside in the rain without rusting or corroding?**
A: Yes, but sun can fade the fabric. You may also get some mildew in the creases with moisture. I’d bring them in for seasonal storage.

**Q: What is the inside diameter of the cup holder? i use rtic double-walled koozies and need a larger than normal diameter.**
A: 3 1/8th inches

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Chair for Baseball Games
*by H***N on September 26, 2026*

It was what I expected. It has room and is oversized as described. It is comfortable. I do wish it had an easier way to carry it, but with the tray I am not sure how. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tall wide seat, folds and carries easily
*by B***O on September 14, 2026*

Perfect height, light weight, convenient carry handle when folded up. The wide seat and side table makes this chair comfortable enough to sit through any soccer game. In fact, this 67 year old grandma is proud to carry this chair from the parking lot through the mile long uphill hike to then relax comfortably watching 7 year olds scurry around for an hour or so, and fold my comfy chair up again to travel the uphill hike to my car, every weekend, and twice a week for his soccer practice. I love my chair.
