We are using this baby doll to train our dog so that our first child is not a big disturbance to our peaceful home. The eyes blink, the lips move and the sound is pretty realistic (crying, laughing, momma, dada). The only knock on this thing is that it's a little too lifelike so it's actually a bit creepy. Produced a couple of muffled scratch like sounds a few seconds with each attempted sound activation. Multiple misspelled words on the box and a poorly manufactured product overall. Save yourself the headache and spend a few more dollars to get a better quality product! Others have had similar poor reviews stating it did not work while only a handful have given it a good review; doubt it would have worked for long anyways.
