My husband and I purchased the Nara glider in Ecru  Babyletto Nara Glider, Ecru Suede with Mocha (which, we also are very happy with). The thing is, this ottoman is not just ornamental, it serves a very real function to make the glider more comfortable. Without having something to prop my feet up with, the seat of the glider would have been a bit too high for me. Together, they are a perfect set.I am impressed with how substantial the ottoman is and the quality of it. At 40 lbs, it stays put even when I have both feet extended and pressed out onto the top lip of the ottoman. The ottoman sways perfectly with the glider and the whole glider/ottoman experience has been great to soothe our new baby.What is nice about the set is that it will easily transition into our bedroom once our baby is long grown up. I have gotten compliments on the look of the glider and how comfortable the set is too from friends who have visited. What I think is telling is that one friend is even recommending the set to her friend who is expecting twins.The only thing I would point out is that I do have a small throw blanket over the top of the ottoman as I was afraid that the Ecru color would show some dirt easily. This is more a function of the color, than of the actual ottoman itself. While nursing I have gotten some milk spilled on it and I have found that a) the Ecru color hides the milk until this tired mom can have a chance to wipe it down and b)when I do wipe it down I find it cleans up easily.In the end, if you are on the fence about going for the ottoman with the glider, I would highly recommend it. Even at the combined price of glider and ottoman, I could not find something better which was comparably priced in my baby store searches. This is truly a case where the whole experience is greater than the sum of its parts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars High quality and smooth gliding motion *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2012* I purchased the Kyoto Ottoman along with the matching glider in Ecru Suede. I wasn't originally going to purchase an ottoman while looking for a glider, but my dentist highly recommended it. Hopefully it is worth the cost!- The color is just like I expected: not white, not khaki, but a very light off-white/cream. The fabric reminds me of velvet, and by running your hand in different directions you can either smoothen the fabric or roughen it up and create lines.- I can't say yet how it will hold up to stains, which is why I'm currently only giving it 4 stars (instead of 5).- So far the construction seems pretty high quality (it was just delivered a few days ago), and the wood base is very nice. The wood base came wrapped in bubble wrap, so there were no scratches on the dark wood I selected (only a bit of dust).- We had the ottoman in front of our couch for a few days to try it out while waiting for the separate delivery of the glider, and it glides very smoothly, not making any noises.Overall, I'm happy with this ottoman and hope the chair is the same high quality. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Upset *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2014* Ottoman has dark oily streak marks on it - I thought that they would go away initially because I thought the suede would correct itself (not knowing it was oil). It definitely did not correct and now I'm very dissatisfied with the purchase. I'm not sure how I would even go about sending it back to get it replaced, as the box is destroyed.
