I am not a typical gum chewer. I occasionally have some to freshen my breath. Recently I’ve been trying to curb my snacking habits at work and thought I would try some various supplements. While researching I found this Fit Gum.While opening the package and popping a piece in my mouth I read the back and it says “For maximum effect, one should enjoy 2 pieces 4 to 5 times a day.” So essentially chew a pack a day. That seems excessive to me.The spearmint flavor doesn’t last very long. After that I tasted the black pepper. Wasn’t bad, kinda reminded me of cinnamon gum. I may continue with this product to see if I get any results but since I’m taking other supplements as well it will be hard to know if it’s actually doing anything.

Didn't notice much weight loss and it has a weird taste and texture.  Not a fan.  You'd be better off just chewing a regular piece of gum and pretending it will do the same thing.  At least, you'd get to choose a variety of delicious flavored gum instead of this stuff!!
