Susan Jeffers reminds us that men also have big hearts that can be bruised and battered.She helped me remember that it's just as important to take care a man's heart, as it is important to let a man take care of my heart.

Another Fabulous book from Susan Jeffers.  I highly recommend reading "Free the Fear and Do It Anyway" - I first read this book in 1988. Opening Our Hearts to Men made me understand that I first have to love myself before I can open my heart to men.  An easy read that I have loaned to a special friend who really enjoyed. I recommend that all woman read this book.
