I would assume that this relates to the entire tool, but who knows? I will say that Klein Tools are fantastic, and I often select this brand over others when I have the choice for a particular style of tool. **Q: Is the shaft suppose to free spin from the handle?** A: The shaft spins freely. In my experience, it's a two-handed tool. Hold the shaft in the screw head with one hand and spin / crank it with the handle. I find it very useful for seating small screws quickly. **Q: Is this a plain "regular" or "flat head" tip? That's what I am looking for. I don't know what a "cabinet tip" is...** A: "Cabinet Tip" means that the shaft of the flat/slot driver is parallel all the way down the full length of the shaft. This is in contrast to "Keystone" flat/slot tips that flare out (like it's been hammered flat), so that the tip has sort of an angle both on the flats and the sides too; Keystone tips won't fit into narrow holes like Cabinet tips will. The shafts on Keystone tip drivers are usually a bit thicker, too, so more power can be applied (though that's not always good).
