## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these reusable?**
A: Like regular decorative stickers, circuit stickers are designed to be used once. Like decorative stickers, they can be very carefully peeled off and used again under certain circumstances, but we cannot guarantee the cosmetic or electrical fitness of the stickers after their first use.

**Q: Do any light packs come in one color?**
A: The only pack that comes in one "color" is white. With the white LED, you can overlay colored materials to get any color you need.

**Q: What size batteries**
A: For my experiments in 4th grade science, I use 3 volt round batteries.

**Q: Which is better copper tape or the conductive pen? I will be using these for cards...**
A: Hi Kory,

While copper tape and a conductive pen such as a Circuit Scribe will both work for your card making with Circuit Sticker LEDs, the best option is probably Chibitronics Conductive Fabric Tape.  Here's why.  Over time, copper tape can become brittle and crack when folded or incorporated into a hinge.  Copper tape, while slightly more conductive and easy to tear by hand, also tends to oxidize over time.  Conductive inks will work with your stickers, but some people find it tricky to ensure that they've used enough of it under the contact points of their electrical components, which is necessary for forming a solid physical and electrical connection.  Conductive fabric tape is the best choice, because it is stronger and more flexible.   The scraps may even be kept and saved as little "circuit bandaids," should you wish to reuse a Circuit Sticker LED that has lost its adhesion on its back side.  While you will need to cut the fabric tape with scissors, teachers have reported that their students find the material easier to work with, because fabric tape connections may be easily made with careful overlapping of the material due to its conductive adhesive.  Not all copper tapes have that conductive adhesive, which can result in wonky circuits.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of my favorite teaching tools

These LEDs are absolutely amazing. We teach a workshop with children aged 8+ where each of them learns how to illuminate a water color painting using LEDs. The kids love it, and it's one of our most popular workshops. I've taught similar workshops using other LEDs and nothing comes even CLOSE to these; the workshops we teach wouldn't be possible without them. Totally, totally in love with these stickers. The happy faces kids make when they get them to light up is pure magic.
