Not heavy my mum can use it easily. Cutts well and battery stays charged well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for cutting overhead branches *by M***L on 13 April 2023* I'd never used a pole saw before but needed to get one due to the trees getting out of hand. Was worried that Amazon delivery van wouldn't be able to get down the lane!!Bought this as it was a good price and also that I have Greenworks batteries from my other two Greenworks devices- a lawnmower and blower.Simple to put together, add a little oil as lubrication for the chain, plug in the battery and get to workIt made short work of the branches and job actually took less time than I though it would.Device itself is sturdy and has a 3 year warranty. My other Greenworks devices are still going strong after a number of years so expect this to be as well built.Overall I'm very happy with it, does the job and saves me time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Generally good but could be better *by G***R on 27 December 2023* The instructions as with most things these days leave much to be desired, and why printed SO small?The saw itself is easy to assemble and use although I've not needed to use with the extra extension yet which I suspect will make it a little more awkward.My two main gripes, why pack with no chain oil, just a small bottle to set up and try would be good.
