The drain hoses that came with it were very thin walled and very difficult to route the way I wanted. I got this silicon thing and it is working perfect. It is very accurate in size and length. Love the flexibility as I needed to run 2 separate lines into a "T" then one line down to my waste bucket. This was flexible enough to run under my work station and into the bucket, without linking or binding (unlike vinyl which would have either linked or not made the bend at all). Easy to cut with EMT scissors. I have enough extra for any future projects. Once a week I insert an oil funnel into the tube and add the water (with liquid food) and my plants are thriving.
