It does have a Bluetooth cable to use but I couldn't find a spare usb slot on the motherboard for it so I left it out. Apart from that does the job. I'm getting a much faster download rate than when I was using the powerline adapter! I disabled the BT and Wifi Controller via BIOS then installed this in a spare PCIe slot. I then used the included cable to connect it to a spare USB2 slot on the motherboard. The previous card and this one uses the same drivers (I used the ones from the Intel website rather than Cudy's own), so compatibility was not an issue. It's now connected to a WIFI6 based mesh system also from Cudy and speeds are much higher as well as being more stable. The WiFi is fast and stable, and the Bluetooth 5.2 works very well with my bluetooth devices. It’s a huge upgrade over my 10 yearold WiFi adapter.
