Also, the thumb tab that covers the thumb hole continually falls off. I contacted Amazon about these problems. Amazon agreed to ship me another of the same item. However, the second item received had the exact same problems. I believe the fault is with the quality of the item. I DO NOT fault Amazon. I really appreciated that Amazon agreed to ship another item at no charge. However, I am still very dissatisfied with the item and will probably never use it. It is too inconvenient to use it when not laying flat and with the thumb hole cover always falling off. So, I just wanted to let you know of my dissatisfaction.
