The magnet is definitely strong enough to keep the sheets in place, but the surface is terrible. I've tried to erase the Expo marker off, and it just leaves a giant smudge area. I was hoping to use this as a shopping list on our company refrigerator, but we would be better off writing directly on the refrigerator. Even with the dimples in the white refrigerator, it cleans better than this surface. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED, especially for the price. Do not waste your money!!!

The product arrive on time, but it was not a 24"x10' roll. I received a 24"x9' roll. Magnet strength is very poor. It is very easy to cut in pieces, with any regular scissors.
