I started a cycle a few days ago and one a day will not cut it if you are a experienced thermal user. I will start taking one in the morning and one at lunch to see if it helps. Now I will say I do think the product is working but the strength isn't the same. This maybe to protect the inexperienced users of thermals. You do have to be careful with these things. I don't feel anything when I take this on an empty stomach every morning. I am a gym junkie and very fit so I am not the couch potato complaining that these don't work.
