It looks good in my home office that has very pale cream/beige walls. (I'm not an interior decorator, but it's a warm but light shade of brown-tinted not-white.) This bulb looked TERRIBLE in my work office, which had darker beigey walls that looked a sickly shade of green in this light. So it's going to depend heavily on the paint on your walls and also the amount of natural light that the room otherwise would receive. (My work office has zero natural light.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A 3 way light without a 3 way switch. *by R***T on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2014* This light works very slick. I have a single gang box with three switches in it. This makes it impossible to put a dimmer switch in it without major work. This light is just what I needed no dimmer required. Be warned though this is not your standard 3 way bulb. It won't work with a 3 way switch such as in a table lamp.
