A big plus is how light it is compared to a regular curling iron. The flat iron however really isn't great, there are no degrees written on the little heat wheel so I have no clue what heat setting i'm on when I do my hair, plus I thought that the iron would run smoothly down my hair, but it doesn't, it feels rough and it feels as though it's destroying my hair as it goes down. It doesn't pull the hair it just feels like it's stripping it even if it probably isn't.
