They work great for traveling. While I do think there is a slightly unpleasant (to me anyway) taste and odor to this product (I have a very sensitive palate, so that may not be the case for everyone), I actually find it to be a little better than other collagen products I've tried. It mixes well, but not immediately. I mix mine with about 4 ounces of orange juice and I've found that if I mix it and then let it sit for a while, the clumps that were there at first have all dissolved.I've found collagen to be very helpful for the aching joints that I've acquired post-menopause. It gives significant relief. And I won't complain about the increase in my deep sleep either. I track my sleep with a fitbit so I've literally seen the difference. Amazing!Collagen also has benefits for hair and skin as well.
