The package arrived as shown in the pictures included with this review. It was evident that the syrup container had been breached and has leaked out onto the packaging. After opening and a little rinsing off, it was noted that a single bottle had leaked and was short only a few ounces. Here comes the problem: Trying to tell desertcart what happened, not to get a refund or replacement, but so they could evaluate it for future shipments. After almost 30 minutes of computer and chat (which I am certain was not human), there was no way to submit the pictures I had taken of the damaged items/packaging. So, the short of it: The Torani syrup is great, the shipping is fast, the price is good, just hope you don't have to tell desertcart about it.
