**Q: Can you put these in oven when making eclairs**
A: i would think so. i used them for cookies at 180 deg and they did great.  I have baked with them about 5 times now and they wash well and still are non stick in oven.

**Q: this work with granola ?**
A: I’m assuming you want to put it directly on the Matt. The answer is yes

**Q: What makes them non stick? Is there any chemicals used please?**
A: They’re made of silicone - hence the non-stick quality.

**Q: Does it fit in microwave and is high temperature 250c or f**
A: The small 1 would probably fit in a microwave, but don't know if safe to do so. And I cook most things at between 160c and 200c and has been fine.

These are very good mats, use them all the time, however, read the description, from the photo it’s looks like you get 2 larger mats, if you read the description, you get one large mat and one half the size, the large one fits my baking tray perfectly and the smaller one holds my chopping board to the worktop like it’s been glued down, so mission accomplished, just surprised when I opened up the packaging.
