    Enjoying My Fountain

LOVE my fountain!  Works beautifully!  Had an issue with original order & customer service was so pleasant to work with emails through Amazon.Only negative with fountain is that it begins to "weather" rather quickly even on a covered porch. I use distilled water, but even with that where the water flows has affected the finish making it much lighter in a few areas.  Even so...at this price,  I would definitely purchase again! :)

Worked OK and I liked it, but at the beginning of this SECOND SEASON OF USE the material in the back where it is hung tore apart.  It is NOT BUILT STRONGLY ENOUGH TO HOLD THE WEIGHT OF THE WATER!!!!!!!  The whole thing collapsed without warning, falling off the brick wall where it was hung and crushing the garden plants planted below and spilling all the water across the patio.  It could have killed a small animal or hurt a child.  The hanger didn't fail, the material of the product itself did!  I can't believe you would make something like this that isn't even strong enough to support its own weight when its used correctly.  Thank you China for another quality product!  You owe me 170 bucks!

Pump was not powerful enough to pump water up and it would slowly quit water flow .  I wrote company and they sent a bigger one it works great now
