There are very few blocking factors to the recipes; it feels very doable. I've made a few of the soups already, and it's great to have some new ideas of baked dishes as well as the seasonal suggestions for salads (what a great idea!). This book is also encouraging my children to join me in cooking too, which is great. They are able to scan the different options in the book with ease and quickly choose what we can make next (the peanut butter cookies were a winner, but they have also enjoyed making the fish cakes and chicken burgers). I'd recommend this book to anyone who needs to keep cooking and shopping lists simple, yet wants to eat healthy, fresh, delicious food. I especially love this one soup recipe that uses mostly things from your pantry meaning that when we get home late from a trip and have no groceries at home - we are no longer ordering pizza but making this soup.
