I'm excited to be able to agree with other shoppers that said this hat is great for this price. My husband's head is approx. 23 inches. (It says the hat fits up to 221/2) so I took a chance for the reasonable price and bought it. It fits him a little tight from front to back (the sides are a little looser) but is not so tight that it would give him a headache, lol. The top hat looks good and is lightweight which is nice on the neck and it is staying on well enough that it wont' fall off. He likes it and it looks cute. Since it will be used at most twice a year, I'm very happy to have found this one for this price. It can easily be decorated more with one's own ideas.
