**Q: Is this cruelty free?**
A: Ponds is not cruelty-free. They may test on animals, either themselves, through their suppliers, or through a third party. Brands who fall under this category could also be selling products where animal testing is required by law.

**Q: Do you have to rinse this off or can you leave it on as a face moisturizer?**
A: I never rinse it off. I use it as a makeup remover. Wipe it off with a towel. If my skin is dry I rub it on my face and leave it. A little goes a long way!  Have used ponds for years.

**Q: Do you use this morning and night?**
A: Thanks for writing in - our Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser can be used in the Morning or Night! We recommend using it after taking off makeup.

**Q: Do i have to double cleanse with this?**
A: This cleanser does not require a double cleanse.
