On the other side of that the energy started to build up. My brain is still 30 but my body isn't 80 any more it's coming down to be of age with energy and ability to accomplish things in a day. I also have a B12 deficiency so i have to take extra B12 because there isn't enough in the vitamin for me but i think because of it I think I'm absorbing it better. I just started my 2nd bottle and have more energy than I've had in 20 years. I never want to run out of this!
