We use it for five minutes, stop for 2 minutes, then it stops working. Anybody else have this problem?** A: We did, it was a piece of junk! Never worked right. **Q: Is there a tool to open the battery pack underneath the car?** A: No yhrrr isn’t you need a small screw driver **Q: Does it have two remote controls?** A: No just one controller. Controller feels cheap but the truck doesn’t **Q: Do they come in different frequencies? For ex. If I got both my boys one for Christmas, will they be able to control them separately at the same time?** A: Yes, RC toys like this don't intercept with others even though it's the same product. Manufacturers sets a specific unique radio channel to each duo and idk how they do that haha. All RC toys has unique serial numbers.
