Their colors are great for Royal Icing and Frankenfrosting, and the white is a must have. Add white to the RI before mixing up colors for a vibrant shade. I also use a little in my icing. It really gets rid of the yellow from butter and makes it a solid bright white instead of a questionable opaque yellowish white. You can also paint a thin layer onto raw cookie dough and bake it for a crackle look! When painting, keep in mind the white will crack along the brush strokes. Straight strokes, straight cracks! Awesome versatility in baking ability! It is smooth and thick which makes it easy to use.
