**Q: Hi i burned my candle for 50 minutes and the smell is there for like 20-30 minutes ! So how does it properly work, i used it before im kuwaiti, ?**
A: You should burn the candle with the bakhour in the same time and the smell will spread all arround the house , i love it i am been ordering from this company every month twice

**Q: Is the candle included?**
A: There is one candle with the burner, to get you started. Thereafter you need to buy 3.5-4 hour candles from a nearby supermarket for best results!

**Q: I tried to reply through the email you sent but was unable to! My package was ripped open and very damaged. I took pictures but now what?l**
A: Contact the customer service and they will handle the issue ( good service)

**Q: So if you use an electric burner, one piece will only last 5-7 minutes?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Dukhni Bakhoor burns fabulously on the exotic incense burner (slow burn for around 2.5 hours), with a t-lite candle. If you use it in an electric burner, burn time depends on the temperature o the burner. It could burn for between 5 mins and 20 mins - but the fragrance will stay in the room for a long while after the product has stopped burning. I hope you enjoy Dukhni Bakhoor !
