If there is excess product, our 3-in-1 Detailer will do the trick with a clean microfiber! **Q: What are the recommended pads to use with this? If i use a compounding pad, will i still need to use a polish pad after?** A: This product has light polishing ingredients in it. You can use either a polishing pad or a compounding pad depending on the level of scratches you have before you start. I have used both an orange compounding pad and a Uro-fiber pad with it. With minor scratches and the results have been very good without using another pad. If you have deeper scratches you will probably want to use a heavier cutting compound and/or polish and then use this to finish off your surface **Q: I polished my car with this product, finishing in the evening. In the morning the car was covered in dew. Did this mess up the curing process?** A: Getting wet can stop the curing process.
