The only reason I didn't give this unit 5 stars was because of the ear buds that came with each unit. The ear buds are adequate, but a 5 dollar pair of headphones improves the sound 3X. So for our church members that need a receiver, they all loved the receiver and the headsets because they could remove their hearing aids and enjoy a normal service.
