I've read some of the reviews it doesn't fit. There are two reasons it might not fit: It's an older model Air. Thus the dimensions are a little different than the new ones, or they're trying to put it on wrong. You have to look at the case. The top of the screen is a little more narrow than the bottom, and the top cover is as well. When you put it on, it fits like a glove, same with the lower case. There is also a second set of silicone feet to put on if you lost feet over time, love this! The two essential things which give this case 10 stars in my opinion is that the Apple logo shows through just like the picture shows but also there is a "rubber" feel of the case, and it gives it a good grip so I don't feel like it will slip through my hands when I'm carrying it outside of the padded case I also keep it in when traveling. One of the reviews said it reminded her of the rose gold case of the new MacBook, but I disagree. It is a beautiful pink pearlized look, but it's not a metallic color. I have the rose gold Beats headphones, and they are not the same by any means in color, however, if you los one has it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love! First off, 2-day prime shipping is always nice and I must say mine came packaged securely. The color is true to its pic, the finish really is matte and the apple logo shines through which looks very nice. The fit is good as well, I didn't have any difficulty snapping it on (no instructions needed). The bottom piece has the holes for ventilation, this doesn't catch any fingerprints and I appreciate that they came with an extra set of the little pads underneath. I attached some pics here to show how it looks on.Overall, no complaints here, and for its price, I believe I got a good deal. Hope it lasts as long as my previous case that's similar. I, for some reason, buy a lot of laptop cases but never stick to just one. I have finally found the perfect color laptop case, the quality is amazing and it's perfect. I'm hoping to stick to this one!The package came sealed in plastic w/ a keyboard cover (what a nice surprise) and extra buttons for the bottom of your laptop in case they come off. The color is pretty much what it looks like in the picture and the keyboard cover matches.I'm one of the lucky few who do not drop or bump my laptop into things (and if I do it's not anything damaging) and so my laptop cases are always durable and last a long time. So far there has been no damage, cracks, splits or any broken pieces on the case.
