It's about 9.5" to the top with out stopper. 11" with stopper on! Hope that helps. **Q: Does it hold 750 ml** A: probably, but i have always filled from a larger 1.75 bottle, so i am not certain.... **Q: will this decanter leak if layed on it side** A: Yes. The stopper does not lock in place.
