If you require, the calibration instructions are displayed on the product page. **Q: Can i mount this through the lid of my tupperdore and it will read the inside humidity?** A: You can certainly customize your container to accommodate the install of this hygrometer. The intake of the hygrometer is on the back side of the device so as long as the rear of the hygrometer is open to the inside of the tupperdore, you will get a humidity reading. **Q: What dimensions of hole will this work in?** A: Hello. The hygrometer Measures: 1-3/4" Diameter in the front | and a bit smaller on the backside at 1-9/16" which includes the the Rubber Gasket **Q: Can i mount with magnet?** A: Probably if you apply a piece of magnetic tape to the back. But I would not recommend buying this item. It is made cheaply and the needle is easily moved just by slightly moving the entire hygrometer. Better to spend another $4 and get a digital one. Humidity reading was close enough so I didn't have to adjust it.5/12/25 : Bought a second one to set up a 2nd Tuppadore. Calibrated using a Boveda packet and all is well. Calibration involves disassembly and moving the mechanism to the proper reading. Google it to find how to disassemble. (note: there appears to be a little screw on the back for adjustements. IT'S NOT A SCREW. So don't try to adjust it with what looks like a screw) ### ⭐ Does not work *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on 4 February 2021* Lost a bunch of cigars because of this hygrometer. I calibrated it as instructed. Placed it in the humidor and kept checking, and the needle kept always saying the same thing, which I found odd, but decided to trust humidity was at good level. I was dumb not to check and refill the water in the humidor.
