A: Mine came in a willow tree box.

**Q: What does it mean if someone has a Brand New one from 1999?**
A: I am not sure what this means, the question is not clear. I bought a new one awhile back and don't have a clue about the 1999 thing! Mine was perfect and and very satisfied with the figurine.

A: Sorry, I don’t have that one.  I have Angel of  Prayer and With Love.

**Q: I ordered two figures, the angel and dog and the lady and dog in december 2021, was billed on my credit card dec 16th. still not received.  where are?**
A: Call and cancel order. I never had an issue with Willow Tree.  You can order from Amazon
  I do and never had a problem.
