I had to open the seam at the shoulder and put a snap in so it would open and close. The helmet fits well though, I was worried it would be too small. Just wish that the suit would be folded more carefully in the package. I had to try and iron the creases out of the helmet so it would sit right (only did this with a cool iron, on the wrong side of the fabric and with an old cloth over top so it wouldn't melt the fabric). Great costume though! He says it's comfy, and the material seems really soft and stretchy. He even likes to sleep in it.
