It was expensive and had to be bought. I was having surgery and the doctors demanded I use this type of bra for my recovery period. I thought at least I could still go on using it. After my operation I had it on for 2 days and I noticed the front fastening material was coming apart. I don't mean coming off the bra. It was firmly stitched on. The fastening material itself was disintegrating. I've never seen this happen before, miles of thread coming out until the two pieces no longer stuck together. I was in no shape to repair it and I'm too disappointed in it now to try. I don't recommend buying it. Review: Good pressure bra - Very good bra after mastectomy.
