## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this build muscle around the wrist and forearm muscle too?**
A: There is nothing that builds muscle around the wrist.  The only possibility is for it to strengthen the tendons and ligament inside the wrist between the bone.  I'm a pro arm wrestler and the wrist is the one body part that measures the same no matter what you do.  But the wrist can get stronger of course.  The forearm can enlarge of course

**Q: It didn't come with instructions.  How do I adjust it to the easiest position and then how do I use it?**
A: This particular exerciser for your wrist does not really adjust.  At first you might find that you can hardly move it but as you use it more you should be able to do some "reps".  Hold the exerciser with the curved part closest to your body.  Insert your hand between the curved part and the bar in the middle until the middle bar is at your wrist.  Flex your hand back to grasp the top, straight bar.  You might need to use your other hand to help pull that far down so that you can get your fingers around it.  Then just do your best to curl your hand inward.  The middle bar should be across the top of your wrist.

A: Thanks for the question. Please be advised that the maximum tension is more than 24lbs.

A: Product description: This wrist exerciser is designed to improve strength, power and speed in the wrists, fingers and forearms, which is ideal for athletes, musicians, rock climbers, golfers and tennis players.

Owner opinion: It definitely has helped my grip, but I feel the improvements more in my forearm and wrist than in my fingers and hand. These groups support each other so it makes sense that there would be improvement in both, but I also purchased other grip related equipment that allows me to focus strictly on the hands and fingers as well. This is a still a wonderful product and has really helped with my forearms' and wrists' strength and flexibility.
